Dive Tortola's partnership with Long Bay Beach Resort offers a wide
array of amenities and comfortable features to ensure divers and their

All packages include accommodations based on double occupancy, resort

Why not treat yourself to lunch or dinner a t the oldest 'new" restaurant
in Tortola? '1748' at Long Bay is set in a converted 18th century sugar
mill on the island's finest beach, it's tables on the upper and lower
decks or right beneath the seagrape trees on the sands.

every meal, enhanced by attentive service and the sound of the surf.

The Beach Bar is open throughout the day and evening. Try an Island Fizz
with breakfast, a Long Bay Cooler with lunch, or a Papaya Daiquiri with
dinner. Happy hour is held every evening from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

The Fitness Center Long Bay
Our air-conditioned Fitness Center is complimentary to guests and is the most
sophisticated facility of its type in the British Virgin Islands. Facilities
include Hoist fixed weight multi-gym with 400 lb. maximum. The combinations
allow all body parts to be exercised. This is complemented by dumbbell free
weights, up to 50 lbs., incline and decline benches, and bench press. There
are extensive mirrors which provide a safety angle when lifting weights and
an array of stretch mats to allow for pre and post stretching. For cardiovascular
exercise we have Schwin treadmills, a stairmaster and exercise bicycles.

Listed on the following pages are the many services and amenities available
to you during your stay with us at Sebastain's on the Beach Hotel.
Airport Transportation
Taxis are available from the airport for transportation. the approximate cost
is $40 one way for 1 - 2 people.
Amenities All rooms are equipped with coffee makers and hair
dryers. Some room are equipped with a min-fridge. Computer acess is available
at the reception area for a nominal fee. Beach towels are provided.
Arrival / Departure
Arrial is at 3:00PM. Guest rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM. If you require
a later check-out, our Front Desk attendants will do their best at arrange it.
If you have a late departure, your luggage can be held at the front desk.
Babysitting Service
Can be arranged with 24 hours advance notice. Contact the Front Desk.
Baggage Service
Our porters will assist you with your baggage and show you the way to your room.
Banking Hours
Downtown are: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Box Lunches
To take along on day trips and sightseeing excursions are available. Please place
your orders at least 8 hours in advance.
Computers
Computer acess is available at the reception area for a nominal fee..
Concierge Desk
The Front desk can arrange tours and car rentals through Denzil, hertz, National,
Dollar & Avis.
Cribs
Cribs and cots are available on request at no charge. Please request at time of
booking.
Currency
In the British Virgin Islands is the U.S. dollar. The Front Desk will help with
foreign exchange whenever possible. And the banks in Road Town, open Monday through
Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, are within walking distance of the resort.
Departure Tax
Government tax of $20, per person, payable in cash, will be collected at the airport
upon departure.
Dress Code
The dress code at Long Bay Beach Resort is casual. No bathing suits at dinner,
shoes required. Dress code in town is casual, but shirts are required tin the
banks and other offices.
Electricity
On Tortola is 110 volts, 60 cycles (same as the United States.) Please be aware,
when using computers, etc., that we often experience power fluctuations, so take
extra care to save your work frequently.

Federal Express
The Front Desk staff will provide the necessary shipping materials and call for
pick-up service. An office is located in town. DHL and Airborne Express also serve
the island.
Ferry Service
Runs regularly between Tortola and Virgin Gorda, St. Thomas (Red Hook and downtown
Charlotte Amalie) and St. John, USVI.
